DESIGN
Our qualified and experienced staff offers assistance with parts
design, layout and prototyping to ensure the best possible results for
your products.
QUALITY
By using C.N.C. equipment and physically checking parts at each step
of the process, we make sure jobs are within the customer's
tolerances. We are also an approved source for several ISO 9000
companies.
SHEARING
Aluminum and steel from .016" (1/64") to .250" (1/4")
thick and up to 10' long. Stainless steel from .016" (1/64")
to .125" (1/8") thick and up to 10' long. We will also shear
copper, brass and other metals.
PUNCHING
C.N.C. multi-station punch press of 33 tons capacity. Aluminum, steel
and other materials from .016" (1/64") to .187" (3/16")
thickness and sheet sizes up to 60" wide by various lengths.
BENDING
10 ft. Hydraulic press with 110 ton capacity. We can work with
thicknesses from .010" (1/100") to .187" (3/16").
WELDING
Spot welding and mig welding. Other specialty welding available on
request.
OTHER
We also have a vast network of specialty painters, galvanizers, tube
benders, engravers, welders and more to offer you a complete
frabrication process.
